Program Manager – Professional Services (UK)
Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid – onsite as needed)
Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in professional services software delivery to lead process improvement, project governance, and team enablement within our UK operations. This role will suit someone who combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery experience and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and refine processes, SOPs, and onboarding frameworks for project management teams.
* Coach and mentor Project Managers, fostering consistency and best practices across engagements.
* Develop and track project and organizational KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Partner cross‑functionally to support program execution, resource planning, and performance management.
* Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of delivery and communication.
* Support the adoption and optimization of Salesforce / PSA tools for project tracking and reporting.
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in a professional services or software implementation environment.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce and Financial Force (PSA).
* Demonstrated ability to build, standardise, and optimise delivery processes.
* Skilled in performance tracking, KPI creation, and operational reporting.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
* PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
