Warehouse Manager Duties:
* Manage daily warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance
* Lead, support, and develop warehouse teams to ensure high performance and strong team morale
* Optimise warehouse layout, storage systems and inventory control procedures for improved operational flow
* Plan and deliver warehouse improvement projects, including process redesign, system enhancements and space optimisation
* Drive automation and process innovation to minimise waste and maximise throughput
* Utilise ERP systems for accurate inventory management, order fulfilment and performance reporting
* Lead the implementation and integration of warehouse technologies, such as barcoding and scanning systems
* Define, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement initiatives
Hours: Full time Monday – Friday
Required skills & experience:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations Management
* Proven experience in warehouse operations management
* Demonstrated success in delivering significant warehouse projects and change management
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) in a warehouse setting
* Experience implementing and managing barcoding systems and inventory scanning tools
* Ability to lead, influence, and manage cross-functional teams
