Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases cradle to graveConduct investigations into financial affairs, recover assets, and report to creditors and regulatorsEnsure compliance with insolvency legislation and statutory deadlinesLiaise with stakeholders such as creditors, directors, solicitors, and financial institutionsMentor and support junior staff, review their work, and encourage team collaborationMaintain up-to-date knowledge of insolvency laws and best practicesAssist with complex case strategies and support senior managementContribute to business development and internal process improvementsParticipate in wider Group initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience managing insolvency cases independentlyStrong understanding of insolvency legislation and proceduresProficiency in IPS (or similar software) and Microsoft OfficeClear and confident written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesCPI or equivalent qualificationProactive, accountable, and solutions-driven approachWe are also open to candidates from a finance or legal background who are looking to transition into the insolvency industry.
