About The Programme
This is a full-time, one-year teacher training programme delivered within high-performing schools in Central London. Trainees gain valuable classroom experience while receiving structured training, mentoring, and professional development throughout the academic year.

Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in a relevant subject
* Have GCSEs (Grade 4 or above) in English, Maths and Science
* Possess excellent communication skills
* Are confident, enthusiastic and passionate about working with young people
Previous experience in schools, tutoring, mentoring or youth work is desirable but not essential.
