Chief Finance Officer
Salary: Grade L: £59,207 - £65,816 FTE (Pay award pending)

Following Trust growth, this is an exciting time in the Trust’s development and Trustees are now seeking to appoint a dynamic Chief Finance Officer, who will play a key role in shaping the Trust’s financial future.
Along with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operations Officer, the Chief Finance Officer will form the Trust’s Executive Team, who will, together implement strategy and deliver the Trust’s strategic objectives, sustainably.
The Chief Finance Officer will have strategic responsibility for all aspects of Trust finance, asset management, contract management and procurement.
The Chief Finance Officer will develop a culture where all Trust schools work together to use resources effectively to provide efficiency across the Trust that will benefit our students and help colleagues to ensure that every young person within the Trust is able to reach their full potential.
Our Chief Finance Officer must be able to:
Demonstrate and model leadership excellence, resilience, drive and determination gained in a Trust with a high level of disadvantage.
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders and partners, to ensure an inclusive community, building and cementing positive relationships.
Model the values of Tame River Educational Trust, particularly in our mission to challenge educational and social disadvantage by establishing great schools in which to learn, teach and belong. Our mission is underpinned by our vision that we are stronger together.
