Head of Fleet Sales
Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting a Head of Fleet Sales on behalf of our client.
The role
1. To direct and manage the Corporate Sales Managers and Fleet sales operations to ensure profit maximisation and achievement of sales targets.
2. To proactively reach out to customers through emails and phone calls to offer products and services.
3. Visiting clients or arranging meetings to discuss how products can meet customer needs, prioritizing the brand they represent but also exploring wider Group opportunities when appropriate.
4. To deliver sales pitches and presentations, highlighting the benefits of products and encouraging purchases.
5. To collaborate with manufacturers on larger opportunities to leverage potential and secure the best terms for customers.
Skills and experience required
* Technical knowledge of the retail motor industry.
* Numerate and articulate.
* A full driving licence.
* Inspiring leadership and teamwork skills.
* Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a sales environment.
* Experience managing a team and developing others.
