Location: OL1, OL8, OL9, OL2, OL4
Pay: £12.80 per hour, plus 15p per mile fuel allowance
Shifts: Full-time and part-time positions available. Range of shifts between 7:00 am and 10:30 pm, including some on-call duties, care work, and weekend work.
Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

Job Description
What you’ll do:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our community services, leading by example in the field and supporting both service users and care colleagues.
You’ll combine hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office-based duties.
You’ll:
● Support and review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments
● Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning
● Supervise, mentor, and support Care Assistants in the field
● Shadow new starters and carry out observations and competency checks
● Take part in multi-disciplinary reviews and complete accurate records
You’ll be a trusted senior presence, helping to maintain high standards of care and support team development.
