* £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
* 39 hours per week, Interim or Permanent Home Manager

As a Home Manager, youll lead with empathy, expertise and vision. Youll create an environment where residents experience exceptional care and staff feel supported, motivated and confident to perform at their best. Youll oversee person-centred care, manage the homes operations and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure compliance, quality and wellbeing for everyone in the home.
