Join a vital team making a difference in your community. Were looking for an organised and motivated Receptionist/ Administrator to support the work of the Probation Service in Portsmouth.
In this role, youll help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, working with sensitive information, supporting staff and people on probation, and maintaining accurate systems and records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update databases and case files
* Handle communications via phone, email, and in-person
* Provide reception cover and support meetings
* Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
* Support enforcement and safeguarding processes
* Uphold confidentiality, equality, and health & safety standards
What were looking for:
* Strong admin and IT skills (MS Office)
* Great communication and organisation
* Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
* Calm under pressure and confident dealing with the public
* Flexible, with a willingness to support occasional evening shifts
Requirements:
