Our client is a precision engineering company, looking to expand their team by hiring a CNC Operator!
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Operating a number of Puma and Doosan Lynx machines
* Producing components to ISO9001 Quality Standard
* Interpreting and understanding engineering drawings
* Following work instruction sheets to aid operating
* Utilising Fanuc Operating Systems
* Tip / Cutter change
* Offset Adjustments
* Tolerance Control
* Quality inspection of own work
* 5S and maintaining a good standard of housekeeping and cleanliness
* Adhering to Health & Safety
Ideal Candidate:
* Manual machining experience (Desirable)
* Experience with Mazak (Desirable)
* Adept with Fanuc Operating Systems
* Engineering / Manufacturing background
* CNC Machining experience
Additional Information:
* Monday – Thursday
* Opportunity for overtime
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Pension Scheme
