About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers and students across a range of subjects, helping learners reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support during lessons
Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, and learning resources
Supporting targeted intervention sessions in core subjects such as English and Maths
Encouraging student motivation, engagement, and positive behaviour
Observing teaching styles and gaining insight into day-to-day school life
About You
We're looking for graduates who are:
Recent graduates (any subject) with a genuine interest in education
Confident, patient, and approachable when working with young people
Strong communicators with good organisational skills
Experienced in supporting children or young people (formal or informal experience is a plus, but not essential)
Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to get involved in all aspects of school life
