What you’ll be doing?
As Night Porter, you will be responsible for managing our Reception desk during the night, taking over from our Reception team and handing over to them in the morning. You will be available for guest liaison during the night and ensuring hotel security. You may also assist with room setups, luggage, and serving drinks, all with a friendly and warm approach.
What you’ll need?
* Genuine, warm, professional manner
* Strong attention to detail and IT savvy, ensuring accuracy in room allocation, billing, and noticing small details like guest preferences
* Good communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
* Self-motivated and proactive during the night shift
* Physically fit and comfortable working alone
This role is 24 hours per week (typically 10:30 pm - 7:00 am), working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
