State-of-the-art workshop facilities and a supportive team environmentDuties of a PDI Technician:
Carry out vehicle and equipment preparation ensuring compliance with company standards
Conduct basic mechanical inspections, identifying defects or damage
Prepare vehicles for MOT testing, servicing, inspections, and customer handovers
Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) accurately and efficiently
Remove and refit vehicle components as required
Assist workshop colleagues with general preparation and support tasks
Maintain high standards of work quality within a busy franchise-approved dealership setting
Contribute to the achievement of team targets and customer satisfaction goalsRequirements of a PDI Technician:
Minimum of IMI/NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Proven experience working as a Vehicle Prep/PDI Technician or similar role within a dealership environment
Ability to produce high-quality work under time constraints
Strong team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to excellence
Motivated to develop skills and progress within a reputable organisation
