This is a £12m M&E package with a circa 36-week programme, and the contractor is scaling up with the full site team due to the speed and complexity of the works. The project sits under Overbury (Southern region). The Role You’ll take ownership of day-to-day mechanical delivery on site, ensuring works are executed safely, to programme, and to the required quality standard. This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who thrives in a high-tempo environment and can keep multiple work fronts moving.
