Business Administration Apprentice / Sales Operations Co-ordinator
Job purpose: To co-ordinate customer sales enquiries and process customer orders through to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting the Company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send quotations from customer enquiries
Process Customers orders
Sales operations support
Prepare export shipping documentation
You will be working to achieve a Modern Apprenticeship & SVQ in Business & Administration at Level 3, continuing onto a degree in a Business-related subject as part of the Graduate apprenticeship programme.
* Develop strong sales operations and customer service skills
* Gain experience handling enquiries, quotations, and order processing
* Build confidence in negotiation and managing delivery timelines
* Strengthen communication and problem-solving abilities
* Improve organisational skills and prioritising tasks under pressure
* Learn to use business systems (e.g. Microsoft D365, Microsoft Office)
* Understand export processes and documentation requirements
* Gain experience resolving customer queries and complaints professionally
* Provide administrative support for customers across UK and Export markets
Requirements:
Higher - Business Administration
Higher - English
National 5 - Maths
Ability to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills- both written and verbal.
