£14.80 per hour
We’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join a leading corporate law firm in the City of London. If you take pride in exceptional service, have great attention to detail, and thrive in a polished, fast-paced environment, this role could be perfect for you.
What you’ll do:
1. Set up, service, and clear meeting rooms to a high standard
2. Support daily lunch service, including setup, hosting, and tidy-down
3. Deliver warm, professional service in the client lounge
4. Assist with internal and client events, ensuring seamless execution
5. Maintain immaculate presentation across all hospitality areas
6. Manage stock levels and ensure smooth operational flow
7. Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality and reception teams
What we’re looking for:
8. Minimum 1 year’s hospitality or corporate service experience (law firm or professional services ideal)
9. Strong customer-service skills and a polished, professional approach
10. Excellent communication and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
11. High attention to detail and pride in presentation standards
12. Strong organisation and ability to multitask across changing priorities
13. A positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive, can-do mindset
