We are currently working with a fast-expanding legal firm based in Rochdale, specialising in Commercial Law, focusing on Business-to-Business within the Legal Industry. They are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Legal Coordinator to join their team.
The role is fully office-based with excellent progression prospects. It offers an opportunity to work in a varied role and become a key team member, involving aspects of finance, HR, marketing, procurement, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle calls and greet visitors professionally and courteously
* Manage diaries, book and reschedule meetings and events, arrange travel and accommodations
* Maintain an efficient and secure office environment
* Order office supplies and goods
* Assist with projects as directed by directors
* Support onboarding and contract management
* Prepare engagement letters and client care information
* Assist with client due diligence and KYC checks
* Track and renew retainer or subscription services
* Triaging legal advice requests
* Support legal team with scheduling, correspondence, and file management
* Close case files following company procedures
* Liaise with legal cashiers regarding office and client ledgers
* Issue invoices, statements, and overdue payment reminders
* Procure new services or negotiate better deals
* Ensure office supplies are stocked and generate orders when needed
* Support events and business development activities
* Assist with marketing campaigns and onboarding new recruits
Profile:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar office or administrative environment; legal or professional services experience is a plus
* Strong academic background; relevant degree in Legal or Business Studies is advantageous
* Good communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
