Main Duties:
As an Assistant Management Accountant, your main duties include:
* Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management reports.
* Perform capital expenditure reconciliations and prepare related financial reports.
* Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time.
* Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accurate reporting of project progress and balances.
* Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
* Support Capex planning, approvals, and forecasting activities.
* Reconcile foreign VAT accounts and collaborate with the VAT team on claim submissions.
* Analyse and allocate costs related to both contract and permanent labour.
* Provide financial support and insights to the Technical Centre team as needed.
* Process and manage accounts receivable transactions.
* Participate in internal control and compliance processes.
