Salary: £43,500 - 71,500 per year Requirements: Degree in IT, Business Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Teams Knowledge of SQL Databases Desirable: Knowledge of Business Central, Power BI, or Power Automate Understanding of Application Language (AL) is a plus Ability to work individually and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Flexibility and enthusiasm to learn new skills and systems Strong analytical problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills Professional demeanor and good timekeeping Willingness to research and find solutions to ongoing problems Responsibilities: Develop Excel reports using Jet Reports Manage Jet Report Excel library including permissions and documentation Develop SQL views for use in Excel/Power BI reporting Assist department in ongoing software project implementation including requirements gathering and system design Ensure system documentation is up to date, including SQL library, SOPs, and Work Instructions Manage meeting minutes and ensure action points are addressed Conduct ongoing audits of current business systems, primarily focused on ERP system Develop and test system upgrades via Application Language (AL) Manage testing processes for new system versions rolled out by the vendor/Microsoft Focus on process automation using Power Automate and AL implementation Manage workflows across the business within relevant systems Technologies: ERP Excel Power BI SQL More: We are Kane Group, an established and successful multi-disciplinary building services engineering contractor based in Banbridge, Northern Ireland.
