We specialise in providing excellent education and support to learners with diverse and complex needs, including Autism. Our staff are committed to enabling learners to reach their potential and fulfil their ambitions. We have an opportunity for Mentor to join the existing team, working on a 1:1 basis and in groups to support the personal development of our students, including building self-awareness, resilience, emotional regulation, behaviour and social interaction skills. The Mentors form part of a Multi-Disciplinary team. This team assesses need, plans interventions, and evaluates and reviews those interventions, working with students to develop skills essential for their personal and academic progress. The successful candidate will be qualified to L3 and have previous experience of working with young people with a range of disabilities and/or learning difficulties.
