Job Summary
Forrest Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced to join a well established and successful organisation within the Utilities sector, who are now looking to grow the team due to company expansion.
Duties
1. Creating Enquiry files – Paper & Online
2. Keeping the work-based system updated
3. Liaising with Customers/Design/Estimating Engineers
4. Quote Acceptance
5. Faults liaising with Project Manager, Teams, Clients & Civils
6. Preparing Fault Packs
7. Completing Fault Reports/ Minor works work packs to go to clients.
8. Raising Requisitions on sage, speaking to supplier to obtain material quotes.
9. Keeping Monitoring logs updated – Enquires, Faults & Minor works.
10. Finalising files after the project end for archiving
11. Weekly work schedule with Project Manager
Criteria
12. Utility background useful but not essential as training will be given.
13. Good IT skills a full knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook,
14. Strong Organisational & Communication skills both verbal and written.
15. Highly organised and detail-oriented
16. A confident professional telephone manner
17. Can work under pressure.
18. Has a pleasant demeanour, dependable and trustworthy with a positive attitude
19. Enjoys working as a part of a team.
The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role.
