GSL Education are currently seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work across schools in Boston, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and are comfortable working across a variety of educational settings, including both mainstream and SEN schools.
The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide valuable classroom support to students of all ages, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
This role will begin on a temporary supply basis, with the potential to progress into a long-term or permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
* Work with students across Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings
* Help manage behaviour and encourage positive engagement
* Adapt to different school environments and student needs
Requirements:
* A flexible and proactive approach to working in schools
* Comfortable supporting students of all ages and abilities
* Ability to work within both mainstream and SEN settings
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Full-time availability is essential
