In this role, you’ll provide housing related support to adults within the local community. As a keyworker, you’ll empower individuals to build confidence, develop life skills, and move toward independent living. You’ll also work alongside a wide network of partners across the county, taking a collaborative, multi-agency approach to help people achieve positive, lasting change.
Responsibilities
* Provide housing related support to adults within the local community as a keyworker.
* Empower individuals to build confidence, develop life skills, and move toward independent living.
* Collaborate with a wide network of partners across the county in a multi-agency approach to help people achieve positive, lasting change.
* Use IT systems to keep records accurate and up to date; ensure that all support is clearly documented and effectively delivered.
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Access to an enhanced check (DBS) paid for by P3.
* Ability to work as part of a team with a can-do attitude, creativity, and willingness to go the extra mile.
* Motivation for meaningful work and commitment to the people we support.
