We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant at Caerphilly County Borough Council. Working hours: 0 Hours Contract Type: Casual/Relief Location: Ty Penallta This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Catering Services Team. We pay an attractive salary of £13.26 per hour, and offer access to training and development opportunities. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administration support to Catering Services. The main duties of the post are to work on meals direct software to support the Meals Direct service, support the software used to monitor school meal numbers and kitchen production. Training will be given but IT experience would be ideal. You will also be responsible for producing and delivering management information and liaising with school cooks to verify information and documentation is presented in a correct and professional manner. For the role, we ask that you have: A Level 2 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales. For example Level 2 NVQ Customer Service, Administration, GCSEs Grades AC. The ability to communicate accurately and concisely with external suppliers/bodies, officers of the Council. Use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word PowerPoint.
