Position: Level 3 Practitioner + Recognition Bonus (Pro Rata)
Hours: Permanent | Up to 40 hours per week | £13.01 per hour | Monday – Friday
Welcome to Footsteps Lichfield Hawthorn Nursery & Pre-School, where we create a nurturing and engaging environment for children from birth to 5 years. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
* Foster a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
* Implement the EYFS framework to support children’s development.
* Engage in Forest School activities that promote sensory exploration and child-led play.
* Collaborate with a passionate team to ensure every child receives the best start in life.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A passion for childcare and a commitment to making a difference.
* The ability to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
* A dedication to continuous professional development.
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS.
* A relevant qualification such as NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
