Overview
Permanent contract – 18.5 to 36.75 hours per week.
Role
Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’ll oversee your shift, cultivating a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. In this role you will:
* Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Ensure colleagues are deployed correctly to deliver the “make every customer count” experience throughout your shift.
* Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Ensure the store remains safe at all times.
