To work as part of the Mill Engineering team to meet the full maintenance & operational requirements of Navenby Feed Mill.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on production equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly and effectively.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Work collaboratively with production teams to minimize disruption and optimize performance.
Essential Criteria
* BTEC Level 4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
* Electrically qualified to 18th edition.
* Mechanical Qualification.
* Organised.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Flexible approach to demands.
* Able to work as part of a team.
Shift Pattern
Week 1 - Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm
Week 2 - Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm
