Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Hybrid - Shoreditch, London, UK

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role

This is an exciting moment for the business. Following strong momentum across our Commercial and Partnerships teams, we’re building our Client Success function to deepen relationships, deliver more value, and scale with confidence.


We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Client Success team.


Teaming up with our Account Director - and working closely with partnerships, creative, and acquisition teams - you’ll support strategic partners across onboarding, campaign delivery, performance analysis, and ongoing account management.


Taking the reins on client accounts and ad-hoc partnerships, this role is as much about relationship-building as it is about operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in helping partners see the full value of what we offer, while contributing to long-term success across our brand relationships.

You’ll be responsible for

Supporting the Client Success team, you’ll work across retainer accounts and ad-hoc media projects - contributing to campaign delivery while providing day-to-day client servicing.


You’ll ensure brand partnership campaigns are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard, bringing a proactive and organised approach across every stage of execution.



What You'll Do

· Act as a key point of contact for clients across active campaigns

· Manage feedback loops, approvals, WIP updates, and client communications

· Track channel coverage for key accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met and exceed client expectations

· Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social, production, marketing) to keep projects on track

· Handle campaign administration tasks

· Work with data teams to contribute to monthly and end-of-campaign reports



What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, organised, and comfortable collaborating behind the scenes to bring partnership projects to life end-to-end.


You have:

· 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in media, agency, or brand partnerships

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience contributing to client presentations and decks

· An organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects

· A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally

· A genuine interest in youth culture, digital storytelling, or sneakers

· Motivated to build long-term client relationships
