Let's talk about the role. It involves: Conducting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants. Managing telephone and email enquiries from eager tenants. Registering enquiries and efficiently scheduling appointments. Following up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed. Coordinating seamless move-ins for new tenants. Handling various payments, including deposits and first month's rent. Performing occasional property inspections when necessary. Collaborating closely with the dynamic Lettings team. Nurturing your ambitions for career progression within the company. Fulfilling any other duties deemed necessary to support the team.
