We are seeking a dedicated Night Cleaner to join our night team and help us maintain our city-centre hotel to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Night Cleaner, your role is vital in ensuring all public areas and meeting spaces are cleaned, presented, and maintained to a high standard overnight. Your duties will include:
* Thorough cleaning of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and leisure facilities
* Preparing and resetting meeting rooms and public spaces for the next day’s events
* Handling cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and professionally
* Supporting the wider night team to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
* Reporting maintenance issues or hazards encountered during your shift
* Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
* Collaborating as part of a team led by the Night Manager
What we need from you
* Attention to detail: ensuring guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
* Time management skills: managing your time effectively to complete cleaning within designated timeframes
* Communication skills: effectively communicating with hotel staff and guests, responding to requests and inquiries
* A passion for providing an exceptional guest experience and adhering to brand standards
