We’re recruiting motivated graduates to work as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors across a number of secondary schools in Cannock, Rugeley, and Stafford.

Role Options:
Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Support students 1:1 or in small groups
* Assist teachers with lessons, behaviour and engagement
* Help students who need extra guidance or encouragement
Graduate Cover Supervisor
* Deliver pre-planned lessons when teachers are absent
* Manage classroom behaviour
* Keep pupils on track with their learning
