Qualifications - About You
We’re looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1 to 2 years of retail management experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* Strong mathematical skills and reading comprehension.
* A passion for customer service.
* Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
* Physical ability to stand for scheduled shifts and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
* Comfortable with bending, stooping, and climbing ladders.
* Experience operating a POS system.
Compensation
Compensation ranges from $19.70 - $22.20, determined by your experience, education, and skills.
