Working closely with P&C Strategic Partners and Centres of Excellence, you will design, deploy, and embed initiatives that enhance team performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness through structured project and change management.
In this role, you will advise leaders and managers on people practices, helping to foster positive working relationships and support effective team management.
Responsibilities may include guiding restructures, ensuring consistent application of P&C policies and procedures, and providing expert support to maintain a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute people and culture strategies and plans within relevant business area
* Develop, build and deliver P&C solutions across the commercial lifecycle (win, operate, grow, keep)
* Manage people projects, organisational design, restructures, and embed changes throughout the business
* Provide complex policy, procedure guidance, coaching, and ER case management, including TUPE and Union engagement
* Support operational management meetings and P&C Solutions meetings as required
* Advise on employee relations in line with policies, procedures, and employment law
* Support, develop, and coach the People & Culture team
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Strong HR generalist experience, multi-site, ideally within business-to-business management services; degree or CIPD qualified
* In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE, unions, and employee relations, with conflict resolution and mediation skills
* Experience in organisational design, restructures, and change management projects
* Ability to build and deliver P&C solutions aligned to business needs and strategic objectives
* Skilled in coaching, managing managers, and embedding people policies across teams
* Strong relationship-building skills across the business, collaborating with CoEs and managers to implement change
* Excellent verbal and written communication with critical thinking applied to P&C strategies
