Develop and implement clear sales targets and action plans. * Marketing Strategy: Work with Group Marketing to align local marketing strategies with wider Group objectives. Lead the creation and delivery of engaging campaigns, budgets, and performance metrics. * Operational Oversight: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business. Oversee design, estimation, procurement, and production activities to ensure efficient delivery and client satisfaction. * Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with interior designers, architects, boat builders, and other professionals seeking custom metalwork solutions. * Strategic Development: Lead the business forward by developing and executing commercial strategies that reflect both market trends and the company’s commitment to artisanal excellence. * Internal Collaboration: Work within a Matrix structure to ensure close coordination across internal functions and with wider Group teams. * Team Management: Lead and inspire a small, talented team.
