We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Systems Administrator to work as part of a small team. You will be responsible for providing effective first and second line support for several key systems across the Council. This exciting opportunity is essential to supporting the Councils ambitions, aimed at improving the customer experience, reducing costs and improving efficiency using innovative digital technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and broaden your technical knowledge as we transition to move to a cloud solution of which this role is a key player. The Council is also embarking on the journey to become a larger unitary authority in Hampshire which will present opportunities for further career development. Daily support and upgrades for IDOX Uniform, IDOX EDRMS, Brightly Systems Confirm, Imperial Parking and other applications as required. Be the key technical resource for the transition from IDOX Uniform to IDOX Cloud including the configuration, migration, testing and training support for the transition. Work with both internal users, suppliers and other key stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate Good experience gained in a system administration role. Experience of providing application support to one or more of the following systems: Idox Uniform, Idox EDRMS, Idox Cloud, Brightly Systems Confirm and Imperial Parking. Good working knowledge of Microsoft365 products. Excellent communications and problem-solving skills. Understanding of Service Desk concepts. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure to planned deadlines.
