Sales Processing and Support Coordinator
Job Description/Role Overview: As ‘Sales Processing and Support Coordinator’ you’ll be the vital link between our customers and the operational side of the business. You’ll process incoming orders, respond to customer enquiries, and assist in the coordination of logistics to ensure timely turf and other associated product deliveries. The role also involves providing crucial administrative support to the Farms Director, particularly in areas like crop planning, health & safety, and record keeping. Your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Due to the seasonal nature of the business, flexibility is essential, particularly during peak growing and sales periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process orders using various IT systems and programmes
* Provide friendly, professional telephone and email support to customers
* Coordinate with the farm and logistics teams to schedule deliveries
* Update order records and ensure all information is correct and up-to-date
* Handle day-to-day queries from customers and internal team members
* Maintain high standards of health and safety
* Take on other general office or farm-related duties as needed
* Adapt working hours during busy periods to support seasonal demand
* Support the Farms Director with administrative tasks including:
o Crop planning support
o Health and safety compliance tasks and documentation
o Farm and operational record keeping
