A full‑time Sales Consultant role at Heathrow Airport. You will represent the Molton Brown brand, delivering personalised luxury service to our premium airport customers.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and detailed product knowledge.
• Guide customers through the entire journey, including sensory services such as fragrance consultations and hand and arm massages.
• Assist the team with general store tasks: stock management, cleaning, replenishment.
• Achieve store and personal KPI’s, maintaining high grooming standards and brand values.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, positive can‑do attitude.
• High personal grooming standards and passion for luxury.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet KPI targets.
• Flexibility to suit business requirements.
