A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, creative Sous Chef with creative flair, to join a new contract within a stunning venue. This is a perfect role for a Sous Chef or experience Junior Sous Chef with experience in high volume catering and high end establishments who is looking for an opportunity with a company who are at the top of their game, allows you to be creative and offers tailor made training & development.
The Role
This is a crucial role at this venue. You will be a creative foodie, introducing new, exciting menus that reflect current food trends and various nutritional concepts. You will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and most importantly, impressive cooking skills. You will work closely with the kitchen management, ensuring consistent quality, profitability and guest satisfaction is always achieved.
The Ideal applicant
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef with culinary flair, someone with energy and personality, who can adapt to all areas of high‑end venue, developing flexible menu's. You will have high quality large volume experience as well as fine dining as well as the desire to progress and grow with a fantastic company. You will be compliant with the necessary regulations, laws, nutrition, and due diligence. Flexibility is key due to the nature of the business
