Position
Full time: 37.5 hours per week (Due to the nature of the estate, the role includes participation in an outofhours rota for property and maintenance calls, ensuring timely response to issues that may affect security, safety or trading continuity)
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
As Property Coordinator you will support the maintenance, compliance, security readiness and overall presentation of our luxury jewellery retail estate. Working within a high value, the role ensures every store meets exceptional brand standards while maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety, security, insurance and landlord requirements.
This role plays a key part in protecting high value stock, supporting colleague and customer safety, and safeguarding brand reputation. It is primarily based at the Support Centre, with some travel to stores and the flexibility to assist with urgent or out of hours issues.
Key Responsibilities
Store Standards & Presentation
* Maintain premium store presentation across fixtures, lighting and finishes.
* Coordinate maintenance with minimal disruption to trading.
* Support refurbishments and shopfit projects.
Maintenance & Compliance
* Manage planned/reactive maintenance and keep all trackers up to date.
* Support annual/biannual store condition surveys, including regional travel.
* Ensure full statutory compliance (fire, electrical, gas, asbestos, H&S).
Window Plinths & Props
* Oversee condition, stock levels, repairs and replacements.
* Maintain an annual tracker and manage budgets.
Security & HighValue Risk
* Ensure all works meet strict jewellery sector security requirements.
* Work with vetted contractors and support emergency incidents.
Contractor Management
* Act as dayto day contact for suppliers.
* Monitor SLAs, documentation and performance.
* Provide monthly updates.
Financial & Insurance
* Track spend and support monthly reporting.
* Manage insurance incidents and documentation.
Property Administration
* Maintain accurate lease and property records.
* Monitor key dates and support landlord/agent interactions.
Health & Safety
* Coordinate H&S inspections and audits.
* Track actions to completion.
Requirements
* Experience in property coordination, facilities management, maintenance administration or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety, statutory compliance and building regulations.
* Ability to manage contractors, suppliers and service partners effectively.
* Experience working in multisite environments (retail experience advantageous).
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail, particularly around presentation standards and maintenance quality.
* Flexibility to travel to stores across the UK when required.
