About the Role
I am seeking apensation Analyst to join our reward function on a temporary basis, with an initialmitment of at least three months and the potential for the role to be permanent. This is a hands‑on role supporting ongoingpensation activities across Europe and is well suited to someone who enjoys advisory work and delivering core reward processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-daypensation consulting support, advising stakeholders onpensation policies, programmes, and procedures
2. Support statutory and regulatorypensation reporting requirements, including but not limited to:
3. UK Gender Pay Gap reporting
4. EU Pay Transparency Directive preparations and submissions
5. Assist with the continued rollout of the job architecture framework across European markets
6. Participate in European salary survey activity, including data submission and analysis for external providers such as WTW and Mercer
7. Partner with HR teams and business leaders, adapting approach based on stakeholder readiness and local context
Skills & Experience
8. Proven experience inpensation or reward roles, ideally within a multinational orplex organisation
9. Strong understanding of Europeanpensation practices and regulatory requirements
10. Experience working with job architecture frameworks and market pricing methodologies
11. Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
12. Ability to build credibility quickly and work effectively in a short-term, delivery‑focused role
