What you will do: Manage a complex caseload of children and families, including Child Protection (Section 47) and Child in Need (Section 17) cases. Undertake and oversee statutory assessments, risk assessments, and care planning, ensuring timely and effective safeguarding interventions. Lead and contribute to multi-agency safeguarding processes, including strategy discussions, child protection conferences, and core group meetings. Prepare and present high-quality reports and court documentation, including involvement in Public Law Outline (PLO) and care proceedings where required.
