Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and possess excellent organisational skills. This role involves managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our service team.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls and emails, providing professional phone etiquette and customer service.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and our In House Service Portal for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Assist with Xero for invoicing and financial record keeping.
* Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to information.
* Support the service team with clerical duties as required, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative tasks.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with Xero is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Previous clerical experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to handle various administrative responsibilities.
