Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience that resonates with our community.
Implement brand retail standards and practises to drive operational efficiency and brand consistency.
analyse sales data and customer feedback to enhance store performance and satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers and stakeholders to enhance our retail presence.
Sales and Performance Management
Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Create and manage store rotas efficiently.
Customer Engagement and Experience
Lead the development and execution of in-store events and promotions that resonate with our brand.

Proven experience in a management role within the luxury retail industry.
Demonstrated expertise in coaching and developing a team.
Successful track record in driving sales targets and KPIs.
Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends (IMPORTANT).
Skilled at building collaborative, positive business relationships at all management levels.
