Admin Manager

Salary: £26,169 - £35,982 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Location: Waltham Forest, E10 7AS
As an Admin Manager at FCC Environment, you will organise and supervise all administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of our office. You will lead a team of administrators, develop and improve office systems, and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
What will you be doing?
* Managing a team of office administrators to ensure effective and efficient administration
* Overseeing all administrative functions within the team/service
* Co‑ordinating office activities for maximum efficiency
* Maintaining up‑to‑date filing systems and managing payroll
* Liaising with staff agencies and other managers to ensure accurate information flow
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and assisting with events
* Creating purchase orders, managing accruals, and controlling office supplies
* Ensuring all activities comply with company health and safety policies
* Providing administrative support to the management team and supervisors
* Carrying out any other reasonable job‑related tasks as required
What are we looking for?
Experience
* A minimum of five years experience in office management or administration
* A minimum of five years experience with payroll and budget management
* Experience managing teams of at least four members
Essential Knowledge
* Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
* Knowledge of document management, data protection, recruitment, onboarding, and training needs analysis
* Experience with pay/timesheet management, office management, procurement, and filing systems
