Job Description
A Legal 500 long-established and highly respected law firm with a strong reputation in the legal market, with its family department recognised for the quality of its work and senior leadership being acknowledged within industry rankings, is now looking for a Family Solicitor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with an experienced senior lawyer and gain exposure to high-quality privately funded family work.
The role
* Manage a varied caseload across the full range of private family law matters. This will include divorce, financial remedy work and Children Act matters, supporting clients through sensitive and often complex situations.
* You will be given responsibility for your own files while also benefiting from close supervision and ongoing support from senior members of the team.
What they are looking for
* Around 2 to 4 years PQE or equivalent experience
* Experience handling a range of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements and children work
* Ability to run your own caseload with good organisation and time management skills
* Strong drafting and communication abilities
* A genuine interest in family law and supporting clients through relationship breakdown
