Job Description:
The Role
As our Powered HR practice continues to grow, we are seeking talented individuals with experience in Oracle implementations. This is a high-profile role requiring a balance of business development, sales origination, and client delivery.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
1. Lead the delivery of high-quality Oracle Payroll and HCM deployment projects as an Engagement Manager.
2. Provide specialist Oracle advice and work closely with client leads to optimize processes and maximize benefits.
3. Advise clients on transformational aspects of Oracle related to HR operating models, self-service, service delivery, portals, virtual agents, and HR processes like Onboarding, Absence Management, Payroll, Offboarding.
4. Contribute to business development, including bids, proposals, and negotiations with Oracle clients.
5. Support the growth of the Powered HR practice through knowledge sharing and developing team members' careers.
6. Advise on technical integration of Oracle with other client systems such as payroll, benefits, and finance systems.
7. Guide data migration and ensure data integrity during deployment.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders across Powered HR and other teams to explore opportunities.
9. Lead by example, showcasing values and principles, and assist in coaching staff development.
Experience Required
1. Proven success in delivering Oracle Payroll and HCM programs.
2. Advanced functional understanding of Oracle products.
3. Experience leading Payroll and HR transformation projects, managing workstreams and teams.
4. Knowledge of Payroll and HR processes.
5. Experience with other HCM cloud products like Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors (desirable).
6. Comfortable with agile and waterfall methodologies.
7. Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
8. Strong analytical skills, capable of clarifying complex issues and synthesizing information.
9. Experience in functional or technical roles in HR system delivery environments.
10. Experience producing project deliverables such as requirements, specifications, process flows, etc.
11. Ability to transfer knowledge effectively and adapt approaches.
12. Quick learner of new technologies.
13. Proven collaboration skills and relationship building.
14. Strong functional knowledge of HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Time Tracking, or Case Management applications (advantage).
15. Experience as a configuration expert or project manager in enterprise software deployment.
16. Strong commercial acumen and a desire to learn and develop.
Candidates must be eligible and able to obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) vetting.
Qualifications
1. Degree-level education.
2. Oracle certifications (desirable).
3. ServiceNow / Workday certifications (desirable).
