Assistant Site Manager - New build housing - West Midlands - up to £48,000 (dependant on experience) + package

Responsibilities & Duties
1. Planning of programme of works
2. Organising labour/sub-contractors and materials within a given budget
3. Responsible for all health and safety on site
4. Working closely with the internal management team to keep them updated on project progress
5. Maintaining excellent client relationships
6. Ensuring attendance at training and development courses
Must Have
* SMSTS/SSSTS certification
* First aid at work certification
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* Full UK driving licence
