We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of mechanical solutions for water management, flood defence, and environmental services. Due to significant growth and substantial new contracts, they are seeking a BDM/Regional Sales Managers covering the midlands/north region.
The Role
As a BDM/Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the region. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
3. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
4. Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure client needs are met.
5. Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience in business development or sales within the engineering or water management sectors.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
