You will work closely with other departments in the region as part of the development and construction phases. This is not an isolated role but a key central point in the delivery of quality homes. You will guide and direct subcontractors to meet targets and deliver an outstanding final product. The role requires resilience and drive to deliver to the build programme, on budget and to deadlines. You will be naturally motivated to do so and will not compromise on finishing the product. As a Health and Safety Ambassador, you will ensure site setup and operations are consistently in line with Crest and industry standards from the moment you step onto site through to final handover of keys to a property.
Responsibilities
 * Act as Health and Safety Ambassador, ensuring site setup and operations meet Crest and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Collaborate with other departments and supervise subcontractors to achieve build targets and maintain quality throughout the build programme.
 * Provide guidance and direction to subcontractors to facilitate collaborative problem-solving and prevent reoccurrences of issues.
Qualifications
 * At least two years of experience in a similar assistant-level role, with tools and trades knowledge in any specialised area.
 * Experience in building traditional homes with a consistent track record of completing projects.
 * Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, supportive approach to management and subcontractors.
