Are you an experienced oil, gas and petrochemicals inspection engineer with a background in hydrocarbon processing? Do you have the expertise to assess, mitigate, and manage risks in the high-hazard energy sector?
Our client is seeking a skilled oil, gas and petrochemicals inspection risk engineer to join a leading player in the international insurance market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage existing client OGP portfolio worldwide.
2. Identify business development opportunities for risk control and engineering.
3. Accountability of budget performance and other projects as assigned.
4. Conduct detailed risk survey visits (Middle East/Gulf but can be worldwide as assigned).
5. Conduct Inspection specific surveys
6. Prepare technical survey reports for insurance underwriting purposes on a timely basis.
7. Develop recommendations and requirements for improving construction risks.
8. Liaise with brokers, insurers (underwriters and engineers), clients representatives, etc.
9. Provide project review services including plan reviews and site audits.
10. Develop and deliver training workshops on loss prevention/risk management.
